What will happen after I've paid for Kids Mask Factory?

We use a payment service provider which generates a license key at the end of the ordering process. You then simply paste the key into Kids Mask Factory and the full version is unlocked. Full help and details (should you require them) are provided when you get your key and by email shortly after the ordering process.

How soon will I get my license key?

You'll get your license key immediately at the end of the ordering process. It will appear on screen and will also be sent to you via email.

Can I buy more than one license at a discount

Yes, if you click the 'Buy Now' link volume discount pricing is shown there.

What do I do if I have a problem?

Please contact us, via out Support page or our Contact Us page.

Do I have to pay for updates in the future?

No, all updates are free in the current version of the program. To date we have never charged for updates.

Is your online order form 100% secure?

Yes, we use ShareIT, a payment service provider who provides 100% secure ordering.

Will Kids Mask Factory work on Windows Vista?

Yes

Can I ask for features to be added?

Yes, you can ask, we will determine if it is possible and in most cases if we feel it will benefit the program we shall endeavour to add it. We are also prepared to discuss customization.

Do you sell mask templates?

No we don't sell templates which you can print your masks on to or actual printed masks. This is something were asked a lot. However, due to the size of kids faces and the difference sizes of the masks you can create, makes it impossible to produce a comprehensive collection of templates.

How do I create a mask which can be worn from a printout?

We suggest that you print on card and cut the eve holes with a craft knife. Firstly measure the distance apart of your kids pupils, then mark and cut the card. Then use a hole punch to make holes for the elastic and add punched hole reinforcing stickers to the back of the mask.
